Our history
When InStaff Personnel first opened its doors as Waggoner Personnel in 1984, no one in Corsicana, Texas knew what a temporary service was.
While there wasn't any competition, there also wasn't any demand. The company booked sales of $37,449.44 in its first year. The business operated a lot differently in those days when workers were used strictly to fill-in during employee vacations or during a peak season of production.
